Russian offensive in Ukraine causes worsening health crisis

The World Health Organization (WHO) recently said that 300 health facilities are along the conflict front lines in Ukraine, or in areas now under Russian control, adding another 600 facilities are within 10 kilometres of the conflict line.

6 countries request UN Security Council meeting on the situation in Ukraine

“The UK and [Albania, France, Ireland, Norway, and the United States] have called for a Security Council meeting on #Ukraine. Russia is committing war crimes and targeting civilians. Russia’s illegal war on Ukraine is a threat to us all,” the UK permanent mission to the UN said on its Twitter page.
